I started this blog with no real direction or consistent posting and at the time I was a vegan.

Now in 2013 I am a gluten-free, soy-free, vegan. Thus the allergies I avoid are gluten, soy, dairy, and eggs. I eat all and every kind of nut, bean, and legume, and of course every vegetable and fruit I can get my hands on.

Basically I am currently living in France I am making part of this blog a mission on eating vegan abroad, and what that entails.
